STUDI DESKRIPTIF KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL PADA GURU SEKOLAH LUAR BIASA DI BANJARMASIN

Children with Special Needs are those who have special needs, whether permanent or temporary, and who experience learning difficulties and varying needs. Teachers often face negative experiences with students, which can lead to emotional tension. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of emotional intelligence among special education teachers in Banjarmasin. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. Based on the results, it was found that the emotional intelligence of special education teachers in Banjarmasin is 71.58%, which falls into the "good" category.
