Pandangan Masyarakat Banjar Terhadap Kesenian Hadrah di Kalimantan Selatan
Abstrak
Hadrah holds deep roots in the daily lives of the Banjar community, serving not only as a form of entertainment but also as a means to express spiritual and religious values. This research is a qualitative study conducted through library research, utilizing books and other literature as primary sources. The findings reveal that for the Banjar community, Hadrah artistry is a cultural heritage imbued with profound significance. Amidst the dazzle of performances, Hadrah transcends mere entertainment, serving as a vessel to draw closer to Allah SWT and offer praise to Prophet Muhammad SAW. The Banjar community's perspective on Hadrah artistry is often influenced by their strong cultural and religious values. For them, Hadrah is not just a form of performance art but also a spiritual ritual with profound meaning. They view Hadrah as a form of worship that brings them closer to God, as its music, movements, and poetic verses are believed to bestow blessings and tranquility upon both performers and audiences.
