This research discusses the concept of an effective learning environment according to the views of Islam and psychology. An effective learning environment is a key element in supporting an optimal teaching-learning process. In the Islamic perspective, the ideal learning environment prioritizes moral values, faith, and balance between worldly and ukhrawi aspects. Meanwhile, in the view of psychology, an effective learning environment involves aspects such as physical comfort, emotional support, and intrinsic motivation of learners. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature study method to explore the basic principles from both perspectives. The results show that the combination of Islamic and psychological principles can create a holistic learning environment, centered on the comprehensive development of human potential, both in terms of spiritual, emotional, and intellectual. This research is expected to provide insights for educators in designing learning environments that are more effective and in accordance with the needs of learners.
