HUBUNGAN ANTARA HUSNUZAN DAN KETENANGAN HATI PADA GEN Z MENURUT PERSPEKTIF ISLAM

According to the dataindonesia.id website on 2023, in the modern era, Gen z is the generation with the highest levels of stress and anxiety compared to other generations, where they have to face social challenges, technology, and very high life expectations. According to the Islamic view, husnuzan is not only related to positive attitudes and thoughts towards those around you, but also believes that everything that happens in life has it’s own wisdom from Allah SWT. The aim of implementing husnudzon in everyday life is that Gen Z is expected to be able to face various life challenges with a calmer, more patient and optimistic feeling. and to achieve peace in the heart while living in the world that is only temporary. Overall, the research aims to analyze the relationship between husnuzan and Gen z's calm life according to an Islamic perspective.
