Abstract

Maulid Sekumpul is an activity that commemorates the birth of the Prophet Muhammad in Maulid Simtudduror by Al-Habib Ali bin Muhammad Al-Habsy which is read every Sunday, in the Ar-Raudhah musholla, Sekumpul, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan. This study aims to analyze the spiritual and psychological impact of Maulid Sekumpul on the Banjar community, especially in the aspects of psychological well-being and inner peace. The method used is descriptive quantitative approach, data was collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents who have attended or regularly attend Maulid Sekumpul events. The results of the analysis showed a positive correlation between attendance at Maulid Sekumpul and increased inner peace, emotional calmness, and a sense of social togetherness. This research is expected to contribute to understanding the influence of religious events on people's spiritual and psychological well-being.
