Abstract

Husnuzan or having a positive prejudice, is an essential concept in Islamic teachings that serves as a form of self-affirmation. This attitude plays an important role in supporting mental and emotional well-being by encouraging individuals to view things with optimism. For students, applying husnuzan in daily life can help them cope with academic pressures, reduce stress, and maintain emotional stability despite heavy academic demands. This attitude also contributes to the development of mental resilience, as students are often faced with situations that require strong mental endurance. Through positive thinking, students can alleviate anxiety caused by various pressures and challenges. However, awareness of the importance of husnuzan in facing life’s challenges remains limited among students. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase understanding and practice of husnuzan among students as a means of supporting their mental health.
