Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine how Tadarus Al-Qur'an affects the psychological health of Muslim adolescents. Emotional and social difficulties that can affect mental health are common during adolescence. Tadarus Al-Qur'an is thought to increase gratitude, happiness, and a sense of calm. This study used a quantitative approach, by giving them a questionnaire. According to the results of the study, the majority of respondents stated many benefits from Tadarus Al-Qur'an such as calmness, gratitude, and greater self-confidence. Therefore, reading the Qur'an can be a useful strategy to improve the mental health of Muslim adolescents in dealing with difficulties.
