This study evaluates the relationship between religious practice and mental health of adolescent and adult individuals. As the prevalence of mental health disorders increases, spirituality and religious practices are considered as potential factors that can influence psychological well-being. The study involved 21 respondents from various religious backgrounds who were asked to report on the frequency and intensity of their worship as well as the mental health conditions they experienced. The results showed that individuals who regularly engage in acts of worship, such as prayer and meditation, tend to have lower stress levels, and report higher life satisfaction compared to those who rarely worship. These findings support the view that religious practices can act as an effective coping mechanism in dealing with life stressors and maintaining emotional stability. Thus, integration of spiritual aspects in mental health therapy can be considered as part of a holistic approach to improve the quality of life of individuals.
