With today's increasing life challenges such as stress, anxiety and depression, more and more people are seeking alternative spiritually-based solutions to support their mental health. In the Islamic tradition, acts of worship such as prayer, fasting and dhikr have a great impact in creating spiritual peace, reducing psychological stress and enhancing inner well-being. Prayer is considered a means of direct communication between a servant and God, and plays an important role in building trust and giving strength to overcome life's challenges.
